Juan David Rodriguez was convicted of first-degree murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony, attempted armed robbery, armed burglary with an assault, aggravated assault, and attempted first-degree murder. Rodriguez appeals his convictions and the attendant sentences, including a sentence of death imposed in connection with the first-degree murder.
